What’s the bottom line? We want to earn your trust. So as part of our overall guarantee, we promise 100% uptime every month. To meet this goal, we have deployed robust systems with fully built redundancy and on-line real-time recovery contingency plan. This we have done in order to ensure that you sleep well at night knowing fully well that you can trust on us.

Tell me about the network


All DiamondPFC systems, except the contingency ones, are hosted at our data centre at our head office. Backbone connectivity is Fibre Optics. Our network is fully secure, scalable, redundant and intelligent. Our one hop infrastructure allows us to deliver a high level of availability and fast Internet response for large volume of business enquiry traffic while providing a secured and controlled access to our network.

Our data centre is designed for maximum uptime, with full redundant systems engineered to limit exposure to any particular problem. We maintain dual link to the internet with two different Internet Service Providers (ISPs). These internet links are configured to auto fail-over such that our internet services are always available. We have equally deployed redundant uninterruptible power supply (UPS) backup systems to ensure continuous power supplies to our data centre.

At DiamondPFC, we take the security of assets under our custody seriously and have therefore taken steps to ensure that our network is highly secured. To this end, we have deployed CISCO PIX525 firewall and Cisco IPS4240 (Intrusion Prevention Sensor) together with other Cisco routers and switches. These devices monitors our network, provides application and protocol state tracking, attack detection and prevention, enables high encryption for data transfers and provides effective worm and virus mitigation through inline intrusion prevention capabilities.

We have enabled secured remote access to our network from anywhere.  Our remote access platform runs on Cisco secured IPSEC Virtual Private Network (VPN) running on our Cisco PIX525 firewall and Cisco Access Control server.

We have deployed automated fire and burglary alarm systems and automated flood alarm system to proactively mitigate any treat to our ICT infrastructure.

Apart from our network been secured, it is also fully redundant as we have a Disaster Recovery (DR) site with full data centre functionalities. This ensures that our network and business is always continuous.
